Josh — the guy who answers the phone and fixes the door
The Garage Door Guys is owner-operated out of Loudon, Tennessee. When you call, you talk to Josh. When the truck pulls up, that's Josh too.
Straight answers, fair prices, clean work
A lot of garage door companies are franchises with commissioned salespeople. We're not that. Josh keeps overhead low, buys quality parts, and quotes the repair the door actually needs — even when that's a $20 roller instead of a whole new door.
What you can expect
- A real estimate, free. We look at the door, explain what's wrong and give you a number before any work starts.
- One-visit repairs. The truck carries springs, cables, rollers, hinges and opener parts so most jobs finish the same day.
- Work that lasts. Doors get balanced, hardware gets tightened, and safety sensors get tested before we leave.
- Local accountability. We live and work here — in Loudon, Lenoir City, Knoxville, Maryville and the towns in between.

Our mission goes past the door. With every install we give the family a free Bible — a children's Bible or an adult Bible, whichever fits your home — because we want to spread the Word right along with the work we do. There's never any pressure and never any cost. It's simply how we say thank you for letting us into your home.
